1. I just busted out a pop-up photo studio and a DSLR instead of my iPhone for photos, so the pictures for here and etsy will hopefully be a lot more attractive!
2. I completed my first two substantial made-to-order sales since becoming serious about opening my Etsy store this week.
I am a firm believer that your first and most important customer should always be your mother.
Don’t worry, her order goes along with being the typical Jewish mother, too.
Since it is a surprise gift order for her friends, I will not be posting the items until next week-but it did open me up to a niche market I am quite excited about.
My second project, I will highlight in my next blog post!
